Their customer service suggest adding the AVG directory to the “Manage Excluded Folders” option within the scanning control in the SuperAntiSpyware preferences. Hi Michael, I have done a bit of research for you on this one and I have found a thread in the SuperAntiSpyware forum relating to this exact problem. I have removed and reinstalled AVG and SAS on 2 occasions but the problem keeps occurring… HELP PLEASE!Ī. It happens every time I run SAS and the message is always the same:Ĭ:\ProgramData\AVG10\Chjw\f65cba065cb9c721\avgcchmi.dat I update them every 2 or 3 days and run them regularly and have had no problems until recently when SuperAntiSpyware stops half way through a scan and can only be closed down with Ctrl/Alt/Del. Dear Richard… I am using a laptop with Windows 7 Home and have AVG 11, Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware installed. Michael was having problems with SuperAntiSpyware scanning AVG folders.
